We are currently in the process of setting up direct billing with other insurance companies. Please ask us about our current status. In the meantime, we will provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. You may also be able to claim therapy as a medical expense on your taxes—please confirm with your accountant.
Questions to Ask Your Insurance Provider:
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
How many sessions per year are covered?
Is direct billing available?
It is your responsibility to check your coverage before you book your sessions.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and your time is important to us. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice, including in cases of illness. If needed, we can also offer your session via phone or video to help make things easier.
Because your appointment time is reserved just for you, sessions that are missed or cancelled without the required notice are charged in full. This allows us to maintain availability for other clients and keep our schedule running smoothly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we’re here to support you in making therapy as accessible and flexible as possible.
